This dude was a true monster. The Boston Irish gangs are as notorious and just as vicious as la Cosa Nostra. His body count is much higher than has been reported. He was every bit the measure of the worst criminals that you've seen on movies. His infiltration of the FBI is a stain on the Bureau and the fact that his handler washed away Bulger's involvement in multiple murders is going to be a legend in the underworld for the next 200 years.
