Thanks for this link! The DVD release was derelict in its omission of this moment, however poorly received at the time. Same goes for the full Lady Sings the Blues medley and "Pieces of Ice." In my view, to trumpet that the DVD contained the "full" second date was false advertising. Good to see this again.
