The Lady is celebrated with her very own Black Heritage Month stamp on sale January 30, 2018. June 2017 was her centennial. Beautifully done. I got my Sarah Vaughan stamps a few years ago and they are so lovely I could not bring myself to use them. Get your Lena Horne forever stamps while still available.

Wow! I hadn't heard anything about this. This is great news, Lena deserves it. I had the great privilege of seeing "The Horne" when The Lady And Her Music came to the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles in the early 80's. Awesome performance.
