Help required identifying a song

An old funk song, I think from the early 80's, though it may be late 70's, came into my mind the other day, and I can't remember it's title, or the name of the group.

I'm sure it was a group, and not an individual artist. I'm trying to remember the lyrics, and I think this is some of them. - Summer nights holding hands passions rise let our hearts be together just like a photograph

I searched through my old vinyl and found the album. The group is Nature's Divine and track is called Summer Nights.
