A little confused at first but now I understand that these are two completely different products. I will probably buy the girls' collection, but probably not Barry's. Just glad to see re-issued product still coming.

Yes it does, but there was a fab Love Unlimited compilation and indeed an orchestra compilation around 15/20 years ago which can be picked up fairly easily. We need the original albums to be remastered and expanded. Lu have been poorly served in the digital era.

From what ive read there will be complete album box sets of Barry White, Love Unlimited and The Love Unlimited Orchestra released this year as part of a year long campaign celebrating the 45th anniversary of Barry Whites debut album.

alex I was just about to ask if there were any album box sets on Love Unlimited!!! I bought Barry's ‘5 Classic Albums’ if you remember and anything else he produced I know I would want in album form :)

The only box announced so far is the box with the 10 7-inches by BW on april 20,2018 to coincide with Record Store Day.

I hoping some of the other Barry White produced artists get CD albums. There must be more from the likes of Felice Taylor, Westwing, Jimmie & Vella Cameron. If anybody likes Barry White..the Tom Brock album is worth buying.

I agree. This is well worth checking out. I bought it on the off chance several years ago without having heard any tracks, but i was very pleased by the consistency of the album.

I'm reading a rather interesting book about Barry now entitled "WHITE MUSIC: THE BARRY WHITE STORY" by Tom Rubython. I'm only up to 1975 or so but from what I've read so far, besides examining Barry's personal and business lives, he also gives details on each of his albums as well as his productions for other artists.
