In Don't Forget The Motorcity it says that Brenda's and Kim's versions of "Don't Compare Me With Her" were overdubbed on The Supremes version...does this mean that The Supremes vocals were erased or is there a version somewhere with Supremes vocals...I would love to hear this track by The Supremes and it would have fit so perfectly on "More Hits".
I saw that recently as well. If there was indeed a Supremes version I'm sure it would have been released by now. I'm not sure which version I love better Brenda Holloway's version or Gladys K & TP's version.
Yes thats what I thought SatansBlues..funny how nothing has ever been mentioned about it tho..im with you also on not knowing which version I prefer.
Usually the version I hear first is the one I prefer, and this is no exception. Kim Weston's version is infinitely superior to any other.Quote:
