I thought I'd share, in case you haven't noticed, that the above version of War at 3:49 minutes long is available on iTunes.
I've wanted this version for years as every instance of the song released digitally has been the shorter USA version.

I remember that the longer version of Edwin Starr's Classic "War" was discussed on this forum some years ago [and I picked up the track on iTunes right then and there].Quote:

Nope; I'm in the US & using the US iTunes. UMe used the slightly longer version of "War" when they released their Best Of Edwin Starr compilation in 2001 as part of their budget priced Millennium Collection series [and that collection is available on iTunes in the USA].Quote:
