AXS TV's Top Ten Motown Stars

As you may have been reading I have tried to keep you posted on AXS TV's countdown of the Top 200 songs of the 70s. The final two episodes of that will be broadcast tonight, starting at 8:00 Eastern time. They have 20 songs left.

In the meantime, I stumbled across another countdown of theirs that I DVRed and watched today. It was their opinion of the Top 10 Motown stars. As they introduced them, they played snippets of their music. Here is their top 10, in case we want to discuss who should have been higher, who was left out, etc. I have one strong opinion on a placement but let's see what you guys think.

Their top 10 was:

10) Four Tops
9) Martha & the Vandellas
8) Commodores
7) Gladys Knight & the Pips
6) Jackson Five
5) Smokey Robinson & the Miracles
4) Stevie Wonder
3) Marvin Gaye
2) Supremes
1) Temptations

So what do you guys think?

Motown artists sound a likes?

I know that JJ Barnes sounds very similar to Marvin

Are there other artists that have been dead ringers for other Motown stars?

Is there a singer that sounds exactly like David Ruffin or Stevie Wonder or Diana Ross?
