Hi all! I just got back from seeing Mary Wilson live. She was out of this world. She has had some health related concerns this year. But rest assured, she sounds better than ever and looks fabulous ... no ... FABULOUS. We talked for a while and she's feeling much better. God has answered everybody's get well prayers, and she's back out there, better than ever! Also, I saw Dennis Edwards' Temptations Review. The group was never referred to as the Temptations and I gotta give Dennis props for that. They were awesome, and his voice hasn't changed a bit. The entire show was a pleasure to see and hear. | ||

I am so glad to hear that Mary is doing fine and her show is back to perfect. I was a bit concern after all the negative from the M45. I thought she did okay, just not her best effort. I saw her 2 years ago and her show was flawless. I've seen her many times. 90% of the time is was a great show, the other 10 was barley okay. Mary's a great perfomer with lots of charisma. | ||

I'm so glad to hear Mary is back to her old self again. I saw her at the Rock Hall open The Supremes gowns collection. That was pretty bad vocally. She started a song and struggled with it which seemed like forever, then finally just quit. I was really worried. She just didn't seem herself. Sounds like things are on the upswing and I'm relieved! You go Mary and get that long awaited CD out there for us! | ||

Boynextdoor and Rod -- her difficulties were all related to her health problems. It was some type of seizure. But she is back in better form than before! | ||

Thanks Linda for the update. I had the good fortune to see Mary Wilson several times last year here in New York and she was in a word, awesome! I am very happy to hear she is back to her gorgeous, talented self <g>. Did she mention when her new CD will be released? | ||

Mary did mention at the Rock Hall that the CD was being completed with a few more songs and it should be ready by fall. Can't wait and I know it'll be a knock out! |
