The label was part of the Rambrock label. You probably know the Gwen Owens' 45 on it.
Rudy played with various other musicians, and depending on how many there were the name of the group would change; the Hungry Five, etc'. The group's name came about becuse whenever they were about to play some would be missing - appartly they'd go to eat something while off stage. Consequenltly Rudy nicknamed them "hungry."
The Laureen label disc is an instrumental - perky, upbeat and funkish - which sounds like in could do with a vocal IMO.
