The last time I heard of MOJO, he was at WGPR FM Radio, N Detroit, Michigan, That was like a couple of years ago.

Hey this is great. I grew up listening to Mojo late nights in Detroit on WGPR. I now live in New York and it's been years since I've heard MOJO. He was the Bomb! LOL.

Art doesn't know how to get hold of Mojo, Doug. He called me a few times over the winter. He's obviously not on the air, pursuing some business interests.

Detroiters have heard Mojo move up and down the radio dial. He was moving from one station to the next for several years.

I do miss his on-air personality. He would play everything from R&B to classical all in the same night! One night he'd play all Prince and the next night Porgy & Bess. I loved when he would play the entire "Trouble Man" LP.

Art's good on some stuff, but he made me give him Dave Prince's email the other day, so he doesn't know 'em all. Mojo is very hard to track down; he called me to talk about a story I did, that was how I "found" him.

pleasepleaseplease, if anyone knows where or how to acquire recordings of any of Mojo's broadcasts, especially in the WHYT era, i'd be eternally grateful. i grew up listening to this guy, trying to follow him from station to station since '79, with sadly limited success.
