I've recently started collecting surveys from soul stations of the 60's and 70's (I'll start a thread on the topic very soon), and I acquired one from a station with the call letters KCOH. However, there is nothing on it to indicate what city it originated from. The survey is from August, 1966, and their DJ's include Travis Gardner, Gino Baylor, King Bee, Deep Throat, Gee Gee, and Skipper Lee. Their slogan is "The IN station with the IN sound!" (Their #1 record that week, BTW, was "Greetings This is Uncle Sam" by the Monitors on VIP!).
Any assistance in identifying this station would be appreciated.

Here is some more interesting info. The Skipper Lee you mentioned as a dj on KCOH was instrumental in launching the career of Archie Bell & Drells. The group won first prize on a talent show Skipper organised.

When I have more than a few minutes at a time to check these messages (possibly tonight) I'll post more info on the surveys I've been collecting,... I think that this is proof that some great, useful discussion can be generated by them!
