Joe Graves had a few records on Parkway in the mid Sixties. I like "(That's How) A Boy And A Girl Falls In Love" best. It was written by Kenny Gamble and himself. I think Gamble produced it. He had a few earlier cuts on parkway produced by Dave Appell,- but not as good.

I'd have to check this but if I remember rightly
it's the same Rack label that had an instrumental
band called the Fabulous Shalimars. That was
around '68 so it looks as if Joe Graves went from
Parkway to Rack (then hopefully not to ruin )

Lou Krefetz goes back a long way, he was the
manager of the Clovers and owner of the Poplar
label.
