I met Barbara long after she recorded that. We talked about it once when I asked her "WHAT did your parents say when they heard it??" She replied with a laugh like only Barbara could give and didn't say much else. If she were alive, I'm certain she'd think this was all quite funny. It would disturb me if that vocal track by itself got out. Bobby seems like an awesome guy and he's doing the right thing. Hmmmmmmmmm Juicefree ... lots of money on Ebay or Bab's wrath from the other side? No contest!

Now that moan was the thing that made the track "very special"! When I first heard the song on daddy's old record player while I was playing with my toys in the living room in 1974, I just ignored it, didn't understand what it was. But in the insuing years when he would play the "My Way" album on the regular, I peeped game on that part, and I must say that I did blush whenever Barbara's part came on. But never the less, it complemented perfectly along with the vocal stylings of Major Harris. Now Bobby, if that unreleased 5-second part you have in your archives would've made it on the album release, that would've made it very special because I tell ya, I never admitted to my father about this, but her voice was SEXY AS HELL! And all of us would've fell out of our chairs if that part made it on the song! Is the 5-second part that hot?
