Yes, John, the original "Maybe" was by the Chantels. And I believe it was also produced by Richard Barrett, the same guy who produced the 3 Degrees version.

Love this version. It always reminded me a lot of the long version of "Since I Fell For You" by Laura Lee which came out a year or two later.

I also decided to leave out the obvious [[Ain't No Mountain, Endless Love, Touch Me In The Morning, Love Hangover, etc) in favor of lesser known songs, foreign only releases, album tracks, etc. I enjoyed putting it together and hope it will be a program that you all will enjoy.
