An Elvis impersonator wants to recreate this Gospel medley during a contest next month during Elvis Tribute Week. He's hired three girls and some guys from my glee club and dancers, musicians, etc. The impersonator is spending lots of money on this and is from Las Vegas. He arrived in Memphis this week and we've been rehearsing. We've got a few weeks to get it all down. We may not do it like this, but we will get darn close. My favorite parts are Where Could I Go... {except for the finger poppin' seems sacreligious to me} and Saved. These Elvis tribute contests award big prize money Didja know there's a black Elvis impersonator, a japanese Elvis and several from Mexico?
