It has been written that relations were strained with the girl groups because of the filling in/replacing. I wonder if they still are. You seldom hear either party murmur a word.

I noticed Ralph's comment on a recent Andantes thread that at times the Andantes were simply better than the group members and hence the decision to replace them.
