I loved that movie and liked Cyndy Lauper's song but the two mashed together don't really fit to me. I turned the sound down and just enjoyed the...scenery:)....

I agree, Splanky, and the Lauper tune kind of gets in the way of the dialogue, which is musical all on its own. Musical and comical. And somehow delivered just the right way to hit all the notes.
