Am wondering if anyone else is having a problem with HipO. I ordered TCMS 12a which shipped last week but I have never received it. When I track the order it says it was delivered to a California address. When I call the number listed on HipOs site I either get a busy signal or a recording that the number in not reachable. What's going on?
