"In the following pages, 25 artists and producers explore the legacies of Diana Ross and Nile Rodgers"

This is a great article. The content is not just about Diana Ross. So for those who are not Ross fans, but are "Supreme" fans it is worth the read. Twenty Five people in the industry discuss the Supremes, Diana Ross, and Nile Rogers and their influence. It is lengthy, as each person has a comment on the subjects. I would copy and paste but it is long. For those that click the link make sure you read all 4 sections.

To read it all on one page follow the link below:

I personally dug both versions of the Chic produced Diana album, and found the detailed information contained in this posting totally fascinating. Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards were sonic geniuses in my opinion, and I can't understand why they haven't been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in light of the huge influence they had on popular music.

Edwards and Rogers should be and will be hopefully in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Unfortunately the "Disco" Tag will be held against them. Please read the Nile Rodgers book that has been out about two years or so to get a different look into the making of "Diana". As much as I love the Chic sound through the 7-8 studio albums they recorded, I actually do prefer the Motown Mix of the album "Diana".
