Is that Diana in the last photo? It sure looks like it could be her but it doesn't ring completely 100% somehow...

That is Solange Knowles, Beyonce's sister. Her look and 70's style fashions are always compared to Diana Ross, and I just don't see it.

Well, it looks a lot like Ross to me but I have to agree with Ejluther that it doesn't quite seem her in some ways now that I examine the photo more closely. I think Skooldem nailed it--Solange.
