The Detroit Music Awards show

65806584It was generally agreed, the show sucked. I didn't see one band that I would like to take in the studio. However, I didn't fly home to see some bands. I was there to help honor Harry Balk, the producer's producer.
When he was introduced, the whole place erupted into a standing ovation. We were told nothing like that ever happened in the twenty something years of the show. A much deserved accolade for a very remarkable man.6579

NICE!!!! It'd good to see the Coffeys amd Jessie looks beautiful. You look good, too, Ralph. Thanks for posting these. Al Abrams is a man after my own heart with his wealth of experience and knowledge. I'm glad to hear Harry received a well deserved standing ovation.
