Supreme Founder Brings the Sound of Motown to Fairfield on April 27th at 7 o’clock p.m. in the FHS Theatre
Singer, writer and legendary entertainer, Mary Wilson of the Supremes, who is packing venues across the nation, brings a sizzling performance of ‘Supreme’ sound to Fairfield on Saturday, April 27th. Showtime is 7:00 p.m. at the Fairfield High Theatre.
Dubbed the Kenny Dorham Jazzfest in 2012, in recognition of the legacy of Fairfield’s native son, Ms. Wilson’s performance at the event includes jazz and Motown songs that are thrilling, irreproachable, familiar yet still completely fresh.
Supreme hits and ‘music that belongs to everyone’ such as "Baby Love," "Stop, In the Name of Love," "Come See About Me," "Where Did Our Love Go," and "Someday We’’ll Be Together" rocks Ms. Wilson’s audiences everywhere.
Ironically, Ms. Wilson’s show in Fairfield coincides with the opening this week on Broadway of the acclaimed, Motown: The Musical where Ms. Wilson is portrayed by Ariana DeBose.
Advanced Group [[10) tickets are available for $200.00. Single ‘concert only’ tickets are $25.00. The $40.00 tickets include preferred seating and the reception, but are limited.
