April and Blackwood

Does anyone know what this is? I've seen many acetates labeled April And Blackwood with very Detroit/Motown sounding songs but I couldn't recognize any of the voices. If anyone has any information on April and Blackwood I would appreciate you sharing it. Thanks.

Tony Orlando ran April-Blackwood Music in the late 60's after giving up singing / recording for a while [[pre Dawn era). April Blackwood was the publishing arm of CBS music.
Song writers from across the US were signed to the company, one of these being Van McCoy.
No doubt many April Blackwood acetates are songwriters demos or Columbia / Epic artist recordings.
