Booked this earlier this evening, was surprised how reasonable the price was, just under £70 for the 3 nights and that included insurance, no food though!

As this insurance cost was automatically added into the total amount at the end of the booking, though there was an option not to have it, and as it was £11 per person, l just clicked to place the booking. Later on all documents were e-mailed, the insurance one being a 10 million page document, which l have yet to look at, so sorry can't really be of any help at the moment. I believe one of the perks of having it was that if you couldn't make it for any reason, you were refunded in some way.

10 million pages?!, sounds like Obamacare, LOL. I've never heard of concerts offering insurance.

Sounds like the insurance is just another way for the ticketseller to gauge more money from their customers. What are you insured for? Isn’t it policy in the UK that if a show is cancelled, ticketholders will get their money back, or at least have their tix honored at a make up date?

I still haven't gone through the documentation yet, l think that with this being like a "Holiday Break" staying in the complex as well as seeing the shows, that this is why there is an optional insurance.
