Right now,it's Adam-12. I got all 7 seasons on DVD and just enjoying looking at Los Angeles during that time period. Kent McCord as Officer Reed is easy on the eyes as well.

Man, there are cable channels that show nothing but nostalgia TV shows. My uncle watches them all of the time. I watch too. I like the Beverly Hillbillies, the Donna Reed Show, Julia, I Spy, Hullabaloo, All In the Family, Good Times, Maude, Sanford and Son, Andy of Mayberry, The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, Gidget, Hazel, Dennis the Menace, the Lucy Show, the Carol Burnett Show, That's My Mama, Bewitched, the Dick Van Dyke Show, the Bill Cosby Show, Room 222, the Flip Wilson Show and The Mod Squad. Some of the shows I have purchased on DVD. I don't watch westerns, most of them distort history. I like to laugh so I keep it light.

The Rifleman. Cheyenne. Sugarfoot. Bronco Lane. Everything I know I learned from ABC-TV/Warner Bros. It shows, doesn't it?

I don't think we got Hawaian Eye, Surfside Six, Adventures in Paradise or Sugarfoot in the UK. I don't remember the titles.

I should have had "Route 66" and "Ben Casey" in my list.

Well, Marv, I had to check this out--and he's on YouTube. Some fun stuff. There was nothing quite like one's local TV stations' own shows. No one ever seems to forget them. Which is a very good thing.

If you were a kid in Detroit, Toledo or Windsor Canada say between 1968 -74 ,then you no doubt watched that show every Saturday afternoon if you could! He was great and showed some of the scariest movies available at that time. Oh how I miss the good old days!

Well, both of these premiered in 1976, so they're a
bit outside of the time period. But they were just too good not to mention--besides possibly being the 2 sides of the same coin:

· Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman
· Family
