I never knew of him until his first ex-wife worked as my secretary. Up to that point, I lived in a world of Motown and soul....!!

He was well respected in the entertainment world.

Was not into to him but he had a nice song on the Woodstock album that I liked but can't remember the name. I didn't know that he was revered for his guitar playing.
