Thank you for posting. The footage is from a 1987 VHS video released by Fries Home Video in association with Motown Productions. One was also released on the Four Tops that had a segment with Aretha singing I Wanna Be With You from the play Golden Boy. Even though the point of the clip was to showcase Nick & Val, the last 2½ minutes beautifully covers the mood of the country and the world in 1971 as a backdrop to Marvin & company composing What's Going On. I wish the video had been a few minutes longer to continue the capture of some extraordinary footage associated with Inner City Blues and Mercy, Mercy Me.
