WOW, Soul Sister!!!

There's some real SDF history here. It's so good to see some of the old gang. It's amazing how many of them got to come and see Jimmy perform and I'm sure it was fun to meet everyone.

GREAT pictures. Thanks for posting such a nice trip down memory lane.

Sure is Mary, I have some photo's from 1999 on of SDF members actually before SDF, lol, of those who attended D.J. Felix Hernandez's Rhythm Revue Dances at Roseland Ballroom in N.Y.C. There were plenty of fun times and great memories.

I figured this thread would 'put some faces to familiar names of old members' other members or new members would recognize from SDF History.

Soul Sister I'm still having internet problems so I'm at the senior center looking at the thread now. I'm going to call Pat and tell her to have a look-see. Thanks for the "shout out". She's doing well btw and has been hooked up with an old love for @ 4 years now and they're good.

Wow! Nice to see some names matched up with the faces. But, this lets me know another reason I really don't fit in with this forum.

Glad to know you appreciated that, soulster.
I don't understand why you say you don't fit in with this forum??? You are here and have been here for a while now. You don't have to be old or love classic soul to participate in a music forum like this one, every generation has their tastes.

I was talking about the culture around here. Oh well, you're right, I have been here since day one, so...

I think it's universal culture around here, variety is the spice of life. :D Tee----heee-----
On the other hand, all of our experiences can't be the same.
Have fun!
