I don't know this song but I note it's produced by George McGregor and arranged by Paul Riser from 1975.
I missed it completely. How, I do not know.
Anyone know it? I'd love to hear it.

Gaslight had a couple of 45's out back in the early 70's, John.
Euro based [[now living in France) Oliver Cheatham was lead singer on a least one of their 45's.

The above was their best [[IMO) release [[in 1973) -- "I'm Only A Man / I'm Gonna Get You"
..... its the above that features Oliver Cheatham.
"Here's Missing You / I Cant Tell A Lie" was their 1st 45 in 1970 .... with .....
"If You See Her / Drifting Away" forming the follow-up release in 1971.
All of the above 45's being on the Grand Junction label.
They returned in 1975 on a different label & this 45 was picked up for national distribution by Polydor.
Its this last 45 release that had "It's Just Like Magic" on it [[C/W "Just Because Of You").
"Just Because Of You" is the side that the collectors chase most [[& therefore it commands big money -- over $100 a copy).

the screen is too small & dark for me to spot Oliver Cheatham [[if he was with them on this show).

Just noticed that Oliver Cheatham part wrote "It's Just Like Magic", so perhaps he was still with the group in the mid 70's.
The Gaslight track I like best .... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =j1htkt-gAuI
Gaslight again .... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =CUJ2j-pK9DM
and yet again; more Gaslight .... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =uUWF1eeuHjA
Guess their stuff is still really popular as just about all their [[released) tracks are up on youtube.

Back in the mid 80's, Oliver Cheatham was signed to Edinburgh based Move Records.
I used to act as a [[unpaid) consultant for Move and so was invited to join the label's team when they played host to Oliver in Edinburgh.
We had a great meal out on the 'Royal Mile' and then attended a live show on another night [[in Kirkcaldy).
Oliver was toying with the idea of recording a version of "Thats How Heartaches Are Made" and the wife & I ended up singing background vocals as Oliver ran through the song in his hotel room before his live show.
At that time I had 2 copies on 45 of "I'm Only A Man" and Oliver had lost his on copy of the record years before.
Needless to say, when we headed back down to England, I only had one copy of the single & Oliver kept my 2nd copy.
We had a really good time on that trip; Oliver was a real pleasure to spend time with.
Many years later he enjoyed great success across Europe when his solo outing "Get Down, Saturday Night" was sampled and the resulting track hit No.1 in numerous countries.
He now operates a night club / disco in central France [[I believe its called the Stax Club).
