Thank you Jerry Oz. Actually those Grammy's belong to Dorinda Clark Cole of The Clark Sisters. I did a photo shoot at her house and had to touch a real Grammy. They were quite heavy, by the way.

Soul Sister, this group has been so great. I've been talking about losing for years and they have really motivated me to just live a healthier life and the fact that it's free makes it even better.
