Howdy, Folks! On May 10, 2011, upon the release of "The Supremes...Let Yourself Go!...The 70's Albums
Vol. 2 1974-1977...The Final Sessions", I had the honor and pleasure of having as guests on "Nightflight"
3 members of the Supremes...Mary Wilson, Susaye Greene and Scherrie Payne and the producer of the compilation...Andy Skurow. I never have aired the live show since...and I LOST the only copy of the show
that I had! CURSES!!!!

Well....after months of searching, a copy of this very important show appeared...thanks to Andy [[bless you, Andy!!)! I thought I would tweak the sound and air this show once, unedited, before I have it uploaded to the WOMR podcast vault...sadly the music must be edited out of the show for that to happen.
Not only are Mary, Susaye and Scherrie a delight to behold, but lots of information is given by Andy about the production of the cd set. And....we all had 2 tons of fun....I won't spoil it for those of you who hadn't heard the live airing. So please join me tonight for what I lovingly call "Andy Skurow and the Supremes"...on "Nightflight"...

Should you have Andy on the line in the near future, please ask him about the photo. It looks as if he is worried that Susaye is going to skip out with the master tapes [[note how he appears to be holding her arm from behind- and landsakes, his right arm isn't even visible, is he restaining her at the waist? LOL.
Susaye is too much a lady to even consider the possibility. I guess Andy was just getting in practice for a certain internet radio dj's then-rumoured upcoming tour & visit . Susaye must have agreed to help Andy perfect his best anti-purloining technique!!! After all it was posted on a previous Nightflight thread that the special visitor in question wore a long ovecoat with many deep, deep pockets!!!

Just a thought.... as you prepare to revisit part 2, why not contact Andy or George and ask if there is anything that they had wanted to say originally [[perhaps yet another revelatory tidbit) that they didn't get around to during the interview. It could be incorporated into your introductory remarks, setting the scene for the rebroadcast of the Andy & George interview.

Not Supreme, at all Andy! I'm still not sorry I tried to take them, I'm just sorry I got caught. I have however reformed, and ended my crime spree in the vaults. [[For the time being.) And yes, I now have my own key...........which I accidently found and won't give back. Johnny, the lawyer was for me, just in case. Carpe Supremus; Seize the Supreme.
