Holy smokes, Marv. This is one I haven't heard since it was released but I remember it very well. It's one of those tunes that just seeps into you, that you can find yourself humming or sort of singing to yourself before you realize it. It's got that hook, and it does just what it's supposed to--it doesn't let go. I have a vague memory of hearing the song covered on a musical variety show at the time but as to which one, I can't recall. Anyway, it was certainly very enjoyable getting to hear and see David Dundas perform it. Thanks a lot for posting.

Hey Methuselah, these were the types of songs along with the Ohio Players, Commodores, EWF etc that were played when I was a teenager. They this one regularly on CKLW Windsor-Detroit.

If you were wondering about the word 'hopoll', it was supposed to be 'hook'. My posts are confusing enough without my typos! But that song got to me, too. A very nice surprise of a posting, Marv.
