I saw the gowns in London. AMAZING! One thing I noticed right off the bat: all the girls were so tiny! It was great to see those TCB gowns up close. It was like going back to my family's living room on a Sunday night in 1967/68 and watching the Ed Sullivan show. What memories!

I missed this exhibit in London by about 2 weeks. I will be making a trip to Philadelphia to see it now! I have a friend in the Washington DC area that wants to meet me there so we can see it together. Very excited that I will actually be able to, finally, see this exhibit.

I flew to London to see them there and had the same impression of how tiny they were. I also remembered that a lot of the gowns has been altered over the years to fit the later lineups so a few definetly looked cut down so Susaye for example could wear them....

Mary is very proud to have her exhibit at the African American Museum in Philadelphia. I want to visit in February. It is one of my favorite hometowns.

After looking at those two clips above [[thanks Marv for sharing) how few or how many units Mary has sold, with or without The Supremes, seems largely irrelevant.

Mary is a most talented and interesting lady, with a great life story, all of her own.....

Here's to Mary:)

You are very welcome Westgrandboulevard. One thing is also for sure, there is no way he could know how many CD's Mary has sold especially of the "I Am Changing" CD that was sold at her concerts for years.
