Can someone update us on Maxine Powell?

Does anyone have any information on the current status of Maxine Powell as a result of her tragedy several months ago? Is she recovering or getting worse? Hopefully she is improving but information like this is very limited. Can't someone give any insight into her current condition? Losing her would be a tragedy.

I saw photos of her attending Mary Wilson's Stormy Weather show in Michigan last month. She looked happy and healthy.

She's recovered from her illness last I heard. What a strong and inspiring woman. :)
