Nice! She's still got great control of her great voice! Nice to hear and see. I've always thought she wasn't fully appreciated by enough people, because too many people got the idea she was only a novelty singer from knowing her mainly from her early Cameo material.

Dee Dee can outsing any of 'em out there today!She REALLY sings, when she is soulin you can still understand the words unlike so many others.

Love, love, love my homegirl! As I stated several times in the past even in elementary school, she was a star! I really like her version of "I Really Love To See You Tonight".

on disc, but she did a collection of Christmas songs that I believe you can get on itunes.

[Wow love it,first time i have read this thread,but been thinking of this song for days[listened to it the other morning at 4.45 on radio 2 sang by Dolly Parton,,hmm i know] but loved the story never paid much attention before,anyway This version may well become one of my top 5 Xmas tunes,loved it,thanks for posting, cheers.

The new Motown Unreleased Guys Volume 1 has a track called Why Dont' You Stop from the Contours which is as close to a Dee Dee Sharp track as you can get
