Just stumbled across this video and was curious about where and when it was filmed. Anyone have any info on it? Thanks.

It's from the television show THE BLACK STAGE WITH JULIUS JOHNSON. Not sure of the exact year, but I would assume somewhere in the early 80s.

That is a good question. You mean where the show was taped? I believe it was in Los Angeles.

I am pretty sure the show was shot in 1981, and I believe it was a show based in Washington, D.C. Scherrie Payne appeared on it as well. I think it was syndicated as well.
