Fats Domino Guest Stars On TREME TV Show Tonight

There is a good reason to watch TREME tonight on HBO. TREME is about the aftermath of New Orleans after Katrina. Tonight, Fats Domino appears on the series.

If you remember, it was reported that Fats was lost in the real life Katrina, but happily, that turned out to be just a rumor. It will be wonderful to see this wonderful 84 year old entertainer again. The show is all about New Orleans Music. Hopefully, Fats will sing for us just one more time tonight.

Fats still sounded good. But his part was too short

The last I had heard about Fats was that he was too ill to make it to the Rock Hall tribute concert in his honor...that was about two years ago. Good to see that he's up and around and making appearances [[albeit brief).
