a special one off show which phil shows his love of motown and soul,and some of his hits [[hope not more than one!).he is backed by some of the funk brothers.ben sheppard [[who's he?)takes phil on journey [[hate that phrase) back to his musical routes to explore the people and places that inspired his amazing career.i copied that from a tv guide.
well he came from hounslow,middx [[west london suburb) you can say a few things about hounslow, inspiring isnt one of them. i lived about 6 miles from there and it was 6 miles not far enough!
i think this will be a "marmite" show.either love it or hate it.but i must watch it!at least the funks will be on stage
