when box comes up, ADD FILES, browse, select piccy,
upload & then when it appears in attachments box,
click on INSERT INLINE and its there.

You can also post pictures stored on your computer. hit the "Go Advanced" button to your bottom left, and once you do that, scroll down until you get to "Manage Attachments". Click on that and follow the instructions.
