Om my goodness. This news is horrible. Donna Summer was a great talent and a woman of great faith. She is now sitting in the heavenly mansion with her beloved Lord and savior.

Donna Summer, the Queen of Disco, has died at age 63.

TMZ reports that Summer died this morning, in Florida, after a battle with cancer.

Sources reportedly say Summer was trying to keep the extent of her illness a secret.

Summer won five Grammys and six American music awards and had three multi-platinum albums.Her best known hits includeGrammy "Hot Stuff," "Bad Girls" and "She Works Hard for the Money."

She is survived by her husband, three daughters, and four grandchildren.
