I have attended everyone & a good number of my photos are featured in the lavish CD booklet .....
....... If you weren't actually there, then a lot of live recordings can be disappointing ....
... hopefully, due to the rare nature of many of the artists / tracks featured, this will not be true in this case.

SORRY, my info was wrong.
The CD features only tracks cut by artists who have [[or are about to) appear at the Cleethorpes Soul Weekender .....
..... but it's the studio cut versions that appear on the CD, not live cuts laid down at the weekender.
....... MY MISTAKE.

So the Cleethorpes Soul Weekender Kent CD is already out & the actual event will be upon us this weekend.
Ady has all his 'ducks in place' for another fine event & this years live act, William Bell, should be an absolute corker.
To give anyone who knows nothing about UK soul weekenders an idea of what goes on, here's a few extracts from this year's printed programme ........
...... the Saturday DJ line-up [[in the NS Room) ......

Got my copy of this CD yesterday & I have to say that it's a great package.
Dozens of great photos from down the years at the event [[many that I took) and a full history of the weekender in the booklet. A copy of each year's printed programme front cover is included & Ady discusses each event and all the live artists who have been on [[+ he mentions those that 'got away' -- were in talks but didn't actually make it over here).
OOHHH .... and the music it contains is pretty special as well.
