When SDF member Woodward and I travelled around Detroit to visit all the sites that were famous for Detroit music, I took a photograph of Mack Avenue and wondered if HDH used the name for the song Jimmy Mack. [[I later discovered that they didn't). The street looked deserted in the 90's with grand mansions that had fallen into disrepair. It was very sad to see.

If I'm remembering correctly, DMA was started by Dave Leone, Punch Andrews' partner in the Hideout clubs & labels. DMA was also the subject matter for a song by late-'70s Detroit quasi-punk band, Flirt. DMA sued the band, so their ep was released without the printed lyrics for the song, "DMA." The only line I remember is "Thank God we don't work for you clowns anymore."

Yes, the name rings a bell. I booked a gig through one of their agents to fill in for Larry Santos along about 1976 for a gig that he had out on Telegraph Road, slightly north of Grand River - if my memory serves me well. It was a nice supper club. He was headed back east for some recording and I had the pleasure to keep the stage warm for a week or so.

I remember they handled most of the Hot Wax-Invictus artists. Mary Wells was represented by them too for a while,
although I don't know if they did much for her.

Looking again I see it is Diversified Management Agency and I remember it as Diversified Booking Agency or Diversified
Talent.
