I'm a music petrson before a lyrical person so I always listen to the bridge. I can't think of any at the moment, though.

The greatest bridge of all time was in "Jungle Boogie" by Kool and the Gang.

Point of Order sir, point of order sir.

In Western pop music the Bridge [[or Middle Eight to our UK members) is defined as follows:

A contrasting section which also prepares for the return of the original material section. The bridge may be the third eight-bar phrase in a thirty-two-bar form [[the B in AABA), or it may be used more loosely in verse-chorus form, or, in a compound AABA form, used as a contrast to a full AABA section.

Using these perimeters to address your question, here's a list of songs with some of my favorite bridges:

Don't Stop Til You Get Enough
So Ruff, So Tuff
I Just Can't Stop Loving You
Ticket To Ride
I Feel Fine
That Girl
Let's Get It On
One Nation Under a Groove
Bootzilla
Is It You?
Let It Whip

And a bunch more I can't think of right now.
If I get some time maybe I'll create a medley of this list

The greatest for me is from Nina Simone's first version of "Love Me Or Leave Me" on Bethlehem Records. It's the greatest Jazz piano solo I've ever heard [[probably also the greatest of all genres). It blows away even her piano solos in her several other recorded versions of that song. A true piano virtuoso.
