What on earth are you talking about??? I see no such thing, and I don't know what Lowell ever said.

If you click on DetroitYES FORUM on the banneer at the top right of the page, there's a note from Lowell about the "Stop Online Piracy Act" and other proposed federal legislation that will limit the free speach rights of internet users. Wiki is down today, Google has a black banner over it's name and the blogging site Word Press is shut down.

Or, you could just go to www.detroityes.com [[http://www.detroityes.com) and read the note. As a blogger who uses material from other sources on the web, I'm in full agreement with Mr. Boileau and others on this problem.

Yeah, I think the old banner takes up too much space. And it tends to stop the scrolling function.
