Hi!

Historically this was interesting, but that song just isn't Davis' song. Luther Ingram has the right approach, a melancholy and poignant angle. David concentrates more on vocal gymnastics, not on the mood of the song. I love David, and this was a good version, but nobody has done or understood it better than Luther,
