You get the point though, right? It was posted this time in response to the one posted by Jobeterob in that other thread! Now if I were to do my own list, it would look different still from this and that other posted list! It is mostly subjective!

He posted a list. What's the big deal? Just skip the discussion if you don't want to look at it.

Carlo- I will let this slide cause I never really had a problem with you, and enjoy your post [[for the most part). Perhaps you should learn to mind your own business. You didn't post the list, so why jump all in my business? Also, remember your words next time someone says something about your religion, etc. Just skip it and move on right?????

I agree. She's always been highly underrated IMO.

Skool Dem, with all do respect. Anything posted in this public forum of which Carlo is a member.......is his business! It is all forum members business which is why it is an offense to common manners to get personal!

That is not the point. I wasn't talking to him. Period. I didn't address him, so there was no need for him to reply directly back to me. There was also no need for him to be insulting either.

Understood because that is how you perceived it. You know from experience that Carlo is not a trouble maker.
I bet if there were a way for us to see the other person's facial expressions or hear the tone in their voice when posting here, we'd get a much better understanding of where an individual is coming from and there would be far less hard feelings spread around. I try to use as much punctuations as possible [[I'm not that good at it..) but I'll use a "LOL" or my "hehehehehehehe" to convey that I think something is funny or just not that serious to get upset over. I am also learning to go back and read what I just wrote to see if someone else will get the true "meaning" of what I am trying to put over here. Sometimes you read the bare text and it comes off one way, sometimes another. Sometimes it comes off not at all like we intended it to sound.

I'm sorry, Skooldem. I did not mean to be insulting. It's just that when I saw your post, I figured that posting a list on a forum is a rather trivial matter. I was trying to call you out on the way you reacted, when really, I should not have reacted the way I did either. It was not meant to be an angry type of post. I rarely get angry with people on here...because really, it's not worth it in this intangible land of cyber space.

I'm shocked Shantelle Baker, Pearlie Salters and Kaaren Ragland didn't make the list!

Another list that would be more accurate to describe as "My 100 favorite Female R and B Singers". Only way to excuse rating Florence Ballard so high as there's just not enough material of her singing lead to rate her so high on a "greatest" list.

Carlo youre a fine fellow. Saying someone is crabby I do not find insulting but an innoucuous way to say the person seems upset about something. We all can be crabby. You were supportive of person who posted list and who got criticized for posting something they wanted to share. Im getting sick and tired of people being bullied for their interests. I think this is all going to come to ahead soon.

I am proud of you period for being so intelligent [[and I am not going harp about your age) compared to some more than double your age. This is like a very small focus group where some of the opinions are interesting but do not have an impact on important real World matters. It's recreation! It's Show Biz......... LOL!!!!

I agree that Bettye and Marlena should be on the list. There are more omissions that once I get a chance think of them, I will post.

How about Peggy Scott-Adams and Vermettya Royster! Jocelyn Brown and Shirley Brown! I could think of 4 on the original list who I'd replace with these ladies!
Good list, as long as you take it for what it is....someone's personal opinion.

The Marvelettes are 'my girls' but even I wouldn't list Wanda Young Rogers twice! Plus there's no Nina Simone!
