Anyone else here go to Coney Island to see Aretha Franklin perform a free concert? I was there. First time I've seen her in concert. All in all a good show. When she was engaged with the song, she was amazing, as when she did Daydreaming, her new song, the reprise of Natural Woman, the second half of Freeway of Love and most impressively behind the piano keys for Bridge Over Troubled Water in which she turned Coney Island into a church. Other parts I thought she was either getting warmed up or coasting. But still, glad I got a chance to her once. Here's a youtube clip of her doing "Think".
