This may only hold interest with Canadian members here. I am sure you all have heard the terrible news that Jack Layton is now fighting a new battle against cancer? I was shocked when I heard the news. I followed his campaign in the news throughout and he really, really impressed me with his knowledge and understanding of the Canadian people. Also his courage to fight through all that campaign travel etc being in not the best health.
I do hope he beats this. There is a movie just waiting about this guys life!
