Trying to identify a song ...any ideas? Zapp? Troutman Bros?

Must be in the 80s, I heard a song on I believe Peter Young or Robbie Vincent radio show. It sounded very much like a Zapp / Troutman Bros kind of production, it was humourous and it featured a car crash!! and I may well be mistaken but I think the name Leroy was in it. I have all the Zapp productions that I am aware of but have never found this song. Any ideas?

Could it be one of the tracks recorded by Leroy "Sugarfoot" Bonner of Ohio Players fame? He and Roger Troutman collaborated for this 1985 album. http://www.allmusic.com/artist/leroy-sugarfoot-bonner-p57976/songs Do any of these quick samples ring a bell?

Great suggestion, but no, I have that album and it's not on there. I distinctly remember the sound of tyres squealing and the sound of breaking glass....... thanks anyway!
